I received my license during a normal real estate cycle in 1998. Since then, I have seen the real estate market soar into a blistering frenzy of bidding wars down to the softening of home prices due to the sub-prime fiasco. Real Estate is exciting! I have a passion for the business as well for the community it serves.

In today's market, Shorts Sales and Foreclosures dominate the bulk of real estate sales. Consumers need the help of experienced Realtors who know how to navigate the complicated transaction of the short sale (when a homeowner owes more than the value of the property) and avoid the pitfalls of purchasing a bank owned property.  Let me be your resource;  I have experience with marketing and selling foreclosed properties and so can help you with locating and buying an REO.  I also have taken the time to learn where are the resources in order to assist homeowners who are underwater in their mortgage.

I am a native New Yorker who loves living in Los Angeles. I have a diverse knowledge of L.A. neighborhoods, from Silver Lake, Echo Park and surrounding areas to Westwood, Brentwood and all the Westside; from Venice Beach Canals to the chic Loft Scene in downtown Los Angeles, from the famed Hollywood Hills and north to the San Fernando Valley, I have conducted R.E. transactions in all these areas.

I provide workshops for first-time homebuyers and credit repair counseling. Another passion of mine is the sharing of information on how we can help reduce carbon dioxide emissons inside our homes through the implementation of simple Green home improvements.
